The power of music- Campbell

Personally music isn't the most important thing in my life.  I do play the piano but I don't look foward to come home and practise.

I mostly prefer pop music but different people like different music.  My dad and I have often thought that it would be cool tominstall a hidden camera in a restraununtnand play differnt kinds of music and see which one gets the most shoulder jive and foot tapping.

I gravel up to mount ruapehu a lot and on the way up our parents ply their music.  Often this is a compilation of old artists like Elton John, the Bee Gees and the beatles I find it interesting to listen to the differet styles of music and see how it has progressed over the years.

I don't think that i could choose a single artist to come over to my house.  Ulike many people who have a favourite musiscian I don't but I still do like listening to some artists more than others.

There are many great musicians out there and sometimes I think that sometimes we only recgonise the singers and forget about all the other musicains who are playing there insturments in the background.

To sum up I enjoy music but it deosn't rule my life.
