Picture Books From Our Childhood Jesse R

My all time favourite picture book would have to be Weslandia . It's about a boy named Wesley who is an outcast but he uses what he has learnt at school to start a new civilisation known as Weslandia and gets many friends in the process.

I think that picture books are an important part of any library and a library is not complete without them. I think there is such a thing as a  bad picture book, although it may not be apparent how bad it is until we are older. You can tell if a picture book is resonating with you when you continue to like it as you grow up. I think they should not be only for junior pupils, they should be open to all who want to read them.
