I think that this mindfulness thing that Mr. Tait has introduced to us will be very useful later in the year. For example in term 4 say we have had a day full of P List and we are absolutely wasted then Mindfulness will help us to relax and cool down.
The three sessions we have already have all been different however they all have the same sort of process. Breath in. Breath out. Empty your mind. Ignore all of those ideas bouncing around in your head and focus on one individual thing at a time.
It is very peaceful and I think it is also very good for Mr. Tait seeing as he can get so stressed. The art of stillness is a good quality to possess and I think that it will prove very useful in good time.
