In class we are being tought mindfullness. Apparently it is meant to stop us getting stressed, but if that's true, why didn't we do it last year? It's also kinda meant to be a legacy to Mr Owen, who's the one who suggested it in the first place. But what is midfullnes really? It's verry much like meditation, exept with Mr Tait talking about some weird little person with a ladder. Which is kind of creepy.
