The ancient art/practice of Stillness - Josh

I think since we are coming to the bottle neck which is Term 4, 7/8T this could really add value to our classroom schedule. I know especially for me this year that I get stressed really easily so this is useful for me. I like how it allows me stop and get into a comfortable position, especially since most of the day I'm hunched over a desk. If I were to become a teacher and introduce something new I would probably do it something like this- Me/Mr. K.W: Everyone on the ground now. I said now. Move, Move, Move. Faster I say. FASTER... Okay now lets just calm ourselves right now boys. Deep breaths. What are you guys all acting up about.
(I'd make a great teacher!)
Finally I think that MNDFLNS could help the class because everyone in the classroom kind of goes at 100 miles an hour and we just need to stop asking.
