Good morning boys. This week most of you took the opportunity to dig a little deeper when it came to sitting still (for a short period). Why do you think this has been introduced to the classroom? How will it add value to you personally? How will it add value for our class? What specifically did you enjoy about the three short sessions that we had (call it mindfulness, stillness, emptiness, whatever you like...). If you had to introduce MNDFLNS to a classroom of Yr 7/8 boys then how would you do it? How do you think something like this might (emphasis on 'might' not 'will') improve your performance in this classroom? How could something like this help our classroom during a very busy T4?
