The Art of Stillness - Luke

I find the mindfulness very relaxing and calming. It is a fun way to sit still and relax. I think it will come in handy in term four when the stress is on.  Be in the present. Mindfulness has really helped me focus on my work this week. I have even use the stuff we have learnt in class and used it at home.
