Private Peaceful...From book to movie.- Tom A

The movie adaptation of Private Peaceful was moving and I cried at the end. I think that the main constraints of making a movie out of a book is that you will have both a time constraint and a budget. These two things together means that a director must cut some scenes out and that will effect the storyline. The main scenes that the director cut that really changed the storyline were the yellow plane, a lot of big joe moments and all the poaching.
