Flags - Mr T

Good afternoon boys - it is time to change tack.  A few weeks ago NZ's mainstream media covered the issue of whether or not NZ needed to change their flag.  What do you think (at this exact point in time)?  Is there a need for change and why?  What would be the logistical challenges with a change?  Who should decide?  How important is a flag to a country?  How important is a flag to NZ as a country?  What are some of the arguments from both sides?  Which side seems the most vociferous? Is there a clear difference between the views of 'young' and 'older' New Zealanders?  Which group of people do you think are most likely to want to hold on to the current design?  Which country has the coolest flag in the world today?

I think that there should be a public vote (such as when the president was decided) to decide if we don't change the flag or do and what to.
Also my profile picture is a guy in a boat called S.S FATGUY

At least he's got his country's fla- I dont know WHAT country has that flag but I want it!
THAT is the coolest flag in the world
