Camp Week-Harry W

Schools have camps because it is a great chance to meet new friends and create good memories. They are good fun and some of the exercises are challenging which makes it even more fun. There are quite a few skills that are involved in camps and one of the major ones is teamwork. Without teamwork the teams fall apart and I know from experience that you have to work as a group in the activities. Dinner time is one of the best parts of the day because you get to talk to other and ask them about what activities they did and if they were any fun. Camp food is not amazing but you get the odd good meal from time to time and it is vital to eat well. The amount of sleep you get varies as some nights you go to bed really late and don't get to sleep for ages but as I learnt from the West Coast Camp you need to get a good sleep if you have a big activities the next day. I have loads of good memories from other camps and you always remember them. Yesterdays walk to Butterfly Creek was really fun and I think a walk around Somes Island would be really fun as I have done it before.
