Flags-Max

I think we should definitely change the flag because our current flag is too reminiscent of the colonial days and Britain's reign. Also it is too similar to Australia's flag. The logistical problems would however be huge and I do think that the money spent would be better off going somewhere else such as advances in medical sciences or environmental development. Also, I think that the general public and the general public ONLY should be able to vote and not letting the current parliament have any bigger say than the rest of us. I think that a flag is very important because it defines a nation. And for NZ as a nation I think a flag is VERY important because we aren't often thought of in the larger nations because we are cut off from land and we are thought of small.And my favorite flag would have to be the Sri Lanka.-Max
