Robotics - William

I really do like robotics, the way that the robots can be operated and programmed to complete the given tasks for you is quite extraordinary in my opinion. I am not very knowledgeable about how they work or how the programmes work but whatever way they do, it fascinates me. Also the fact that we do robotics with acquiantances (in pairs), allows us to really get the most out of it.

I would be extremely keen to take on some more sessions in Term 3 or even earlier if that would be possible. I'm not quite sure why Wellesley offers this sort of activity as another of the many oppurtunities but I guess it's just like asking why we have a three-dimensional printer, to which Mr Johnson' answer is "I'm not entirely sure either but it's another one of those things that is 'cool' to have"

I'm not quite sure how anyone living on the planet Earth could not be fascinates by these amazing 'critters'.

I don't know of any local robotic competitions but if there are, I'm sure we would all be keen to compete in them.
