It's a Wrap - Ben

I personally think that Term 1 is the most important term of the year. Even though I say that it doesn't mean it was the most enjoyable, that prize usually goes to Term 3. Anyway, I thought that the hardest aspect of the classroom in Term 1 is the very start. This is because students like me have to get used to the transition from holiday to school.

I could honestly say that I am an expert in most areas of the classroom. I also try to help the year 7's with their work if needed. Now that I am in Year 8 I feel why Mr Tait calls it the "Mastership" year and I will embrace the concept and use everything I have learnt in my "apprentice" year to create a great Independent Study. Sport is also a factor in which I feel like I am in control. As I think about it, everything is a lot easier and relaxed in Year 8 so I will use that to my advantage and get work done.

I also think that so far the novels we have been reading as a class are a lot better then others. The books I am personally reading are "better" then the ones I read last year. I have already crossed off multiple books off Mr Taits book list. As  said earlier in this post I think that Year 8 is a lot more relaxed then Year 7 and I definetly look forward to creating a "good" Independent Study.

  1. Ben - glad to see you have enjoyed some books off the reading list and that you feel comfortable in Yr 8. Don't rest - keep pushing...
