Book or Movie Rob

I quite liked the movie and I really enjoyed the rest of it. But I don't think i really needed to see it. It did add a little bit of understanding to the book. There were quite a lot of changes in the movie from the book I can't count. I have watched the life of pi and I was happy reading the book and watching the movie. I haven't watched a movie in the cinemas for ages a part from the life of pi. And most of the books I have read do not have movies even though I think they should.
