BIOMIMICRY

Hey guys, I still need peer questions, and I'm pretty sure that's because not many of you  know what Biomimicry is.
Basically, Biomimicry is learning from nature to help us make better, more eco-friendly, more reliable, sustainable, and generally awesome products. Nature has had 3.8 billion years of experience and R & D, and, in my opinion, is the universes Greatest Designer.

Some examples of Biomimicry are:

The Japanese bullet trains.
These trains were so fast that riding on them became unsafe as these went at the speed of sound. To  counter  this issue, designers changed the trains nose, so it was the shape of a woodpecker. This  aerodynamic shape  let the train run smoother.

Paper.
Apparently, the first paper was modeled on wasp's nests.

The aeroplane.
The Wright Brothers are the people who designed and built the first successful aeroplane. This plane             mimicked the way birds fly. Leonardo da Vinci is another famous Biomimetic who copied the way birds fly.

However, Biomimicry is not just about inserting natures genius into design. Other fields of Biomimicry include  medicine, computing, business, energy management and architecture.

So please give me a peer question if you haven't, and if you have any questions please just put it in the comment section!

I hope that helps!
