Animal Farm - Jim

I think that animal farm is treated as a classic because of it's originality and how it is so cleverly tied to the Russian revolution and the characters relate back to people from history. I think a classic is a original  or even 'out there's book which becomes very popular because of the way it changes peoples perspective or how the author ties the story to something people can relate to. I have noticed Napoleon is taking advantage of the situation and using the trust and respect he has built with the other animals to get his way and make them believe that his greedy actions are for the better. The milk disappearing is quite a big issue as well as the apples being eaten because the animals are living on rations and working hard while not much out of it. It is also raising concern for the other animals but their doing nothing about it so they should be becoming aware of how powerless they are. I'm interested to see how Boxer unfolds because he is the main power behind the farm strength wise but not that intelligent so anything could happen.
