To be honest, I almost forgot that Milo was a boy that was never interested in anything. It seems like he has been in the Kingdom of Wisdom forever, and every time Mr. T reads us the Phantom Tollbooth, I have to remind myself that. Milo certainly fits in. It never really seems like he is and outsider to me. And to be honest, I cannot believe that this book was written in "62. It seems like it could be in a book written yesterday. But it is because it has very little mention of any technology. The only technology it mentions (that I can recall) are cars an radios, and pencils.
