The return of rhyme and reason-Sam

I rate it a 9/10. I have enjoyed it a lot it is quite weird but very clever. I think he wrote it because he wanted to show people clever things and he has expressed that in the book. Using different characters to show different things and the importance of those things. I would have thoght it was first published in 2001 or something if I didn't know. So it seems that this book was written forty years before its time. I think a book gets a classic status if it is an old book that since it came out has had high sales that have been consistent over time. I definitely think the phantom tollbooth deserves to be a classic. My favourite character would have to be tock dog because he is not the main main character, has an important role, not  like the Humbug. Who as the writer said answers everything first incorrectly. I think Milo will rescue Rhyme and Reason and the Kingdom will live in peace again.
