The journey begins - Josh

In my path ahead I can see myself making a mistake in my Writers Notebook, tripping over something and eating an apple. But in all seriousness I see myself eating a plum (instead of the apple). Okay no more jokes, I can see myself completing an Independent Study that was more challenging than my year 7 one but I still come out of it feeling proud of my study. My greatest challenge will be trying to take what I did from last and build on it and stretch myself and see my potential. At the moment the main topic I am thinking about is PLACEMAKING but most of you will have absolutely no idea what it is so hears and explanation from Wikipedia:
Placemaking is a multi-faceted approach to the planning, design and management of public spaces. Placemaking capitalizes on a local community's assets, inspiration, and potential, with the intention of creating public spaces that promote people's health, happiness, and well being.
I, as always, am finding the TSM process slow but effective and am enjoying the process. My final product will be completely different from last years and will look good and be interesting (I hope). My dwarves will be Jim, Judd, Ben S and Will S (as Gollum).
