Wow...it's the end of the year already. It seems like only yesterday when I was being welcomed by Mr. Tait into 7/8T. This has been a fantastic year, even though I did doubt I would ever get my Independent Study. I honestly can't imagine 7/8T without the year eights. And I do believe that all the year sevens this year will have to go crazy to make sure that the year sevens will have enough fun as I did. I do suppose it helps that the "class clowns" are cracking jokes every couple of seconds, and doing something ridiculous every minute. So, on the whole, this has been a great year, and I'm lokking foward to a better one next year. Of course, there are ups and downs with Independent Studies, as I'm sure everyone has found out. But the best thing about them is that they teach us to manage our time, and not to leave everything to the last minute, and also that we are all better than we think we are. It also teaches us many other things, but I think those ones I just mentioned are the most important for the future.
Now, I will put some advice in here, but the year sevens will just ignore it (like we did). Don't leave everything to the last minute with your booklet. I'm saying this because I did. I wrote my booklet in two weeks. I scrapped everything in Drive that I had because it wasn't very good, and I could do a lot more on Word.
So, to cap it off, after school is "out", I'll sleep in. A lot.
