The Resolution - Mr T

Good morning boys.  We are a few chapters away form the end of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.  What a story it has been so far.  If you think about most stories that are told, that we read, that we hear about, there is always some sort of problem then some sort of resolution.  We know what the problem is in this novel (complex and multi-layered as it is).  How do you think the resolution will play out (or, if you have already read this book, how did it play out...?).  Do you think it is going to be a 'happy' ending?  Is this story realistic?  How do you think you would deal with a person like Christopher Boone if he was part of your family, or a friend?  What is another story which has a particularly memorable problem/resolution?
