Independent Study - Josh

I am really excited about getting started with my independent study. I am really looking forward to the things I will learn, not only about my topic but also about how to manage and present my independent study. As soon as I found out that the 1981 Springbok Tour was large enough for an independent study topic it was a topic I definitely wanted to do but I also had another topic I wanted to do but in the end I thought that I preferred the 1981 springbok tour. If I was prevented from doing my topic and I had to choose another topic that another boy is doing, I think I would choose to do Ben Ross's topic which is the Munich Massacre. The TSM process was hard because I had to choose between two topics that I was really passionate about. I am enjoying asking peer questions be because it really gets me thinking. Something I have learnt already about my topic is that the police dropped bags of flour on the crowd and one bag hit a famous all black on his head.
