The Great Debate - William

I am looking forward to 7/8T's annual "Great Debate". I am excited to work with Ben and Noah and argue affirmative to Charlie Peaceful should have shot Sergeant Hanley when the chance presented itself. If I was able to pick a side, I would probably pick negative but I have some passion for what I I'll be arguing for which is affirmative. I think that writing and thinking is incredibly important to debating, and the team who prepares the best shall win. In saying this, it's on open game and I think that the best team will win on the day. Debating's importance to the school curriculum cannot be underestimated, and I think that debating makes 7/8T what it is. We are aware and wary of the threat that team G.J.H presents to us, but I am confident that we will rise to the challenge and eventually conquer.
