Independent Study Final Final Word - Campbell

I am finally nearing the end of my independent study and am looking to relax.

It has been hard working on one document for a whole year.  I one the hardest things to do is remain focused on what you want, the end product is so far away that you can loose sight of what you want to achieve which is a a good, professional Independent Study.

That could have been a challenge but likely, in my opinion I avoided it, and so now i have an independent study on the shelf that I am really proud of.

I think my Independent Study is better than it was last year mostly because it is longer and covers more things.  But the one thing I am most proud that I included in this years and last years independent study was my depth of thinking and the way the whole booklet follows the BSWQ.

The Independent Studies in my opinion will help me a lot in college.  While in Wellesley (before 7/8T) we had only done one inquiry (which I did not do) and that was considered a long project.  But in college it is normal to have assignments that last for weeks at a time.  If I hadn't done an Independent Study then this would be rather daunting but because of 7/8T I have done it all before and know how to manage my time.

I think my Independent Study this year was good and the whole idea of it is great.  I really have appreciated the chance to try something of this size before college.
